These terms govern your use of OpsPulse. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

OpsPulse is a COLLINGHAMCO LTD Company, Company No. 15540675, registered in England & Wales. Registered office: 21 Fulmar Way, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 8UF. Telephone: +44 7398 170737. ICO Registration No. CSN6229048.

1. Your account

You must be 18 or over and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

2. The service

OpsPulse reads reporting data from the data sources you connect and compiles a scheduled digest (daily or weekly) sent to the recipients you choose. We only ever read data — we do not make changes to your ad accounts or external services.

3. Subscription billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe: Starter £19/mo, Growth £49/mo, Pro £79/mo.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
  • VAT may be added where applicable and will be shown on your invoice.

4. Free trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected, and the first payment is taken. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial billing periods, but you won't be charged again.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use OpsPulse to access data you don't have permission to access.
  • Share credentials or access in a way that breaches a third party's terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Resell or redistribute the digest content as a competing service.

7. Your data

Your use of OpsPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from your connected sources with us.

8. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or change features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party APIs (Google, Microsoft, your CRM) becoming unavailable or rate-limited beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

OpsPulse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
