How does OpsPulse work?

You connect your data sources (GA4, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Shopify, CRM, etc.), choose a daily or weekly schedule, and OpsPulse automatically pulls your metrics each morning, summarises them in plain English, and emails a digest to you and your team. You can also generate monthly reports and custom one-off snapshots.

Do I need a dashboard to use OpsPulse?

No. OpsPulse is designed for business owners who want their key metrics — website traffic, ad spend, leads, cost per lead — delivered in a single daily email. There is no dashboard to log into; everything arrives in your inbox.

How much does OpsPulse cost?

OpsPulse offers three plans: Starter at £19/month, Growth at £49/month, and Pro at £79/month. A free trial is available with no card required.

Can I send the digest to multiple team members?

Yes. You can add multiple recipients to your digest, organise them into groups with tailored section visibility, and give each recipient full or summary-level access to the data.

Is OpsPulse suitable for trade businesses?
