OpsPulse

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

OpsPulse ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name providing a daily business performance digest service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

OpsPulse is the data controller for the personal data we collect when you register for an account, connect data sources, and receive digests. For any data protection request, contact us at hello@opspulse.store.

OpsPulse is a COLLINGHAMCO LTD Company, Company No. 15540675, registered in England & Wales. Registered office: 21 Fulmar Way, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 8UF. Telephone: +44 7398 170737. ICO Registration No. CSN6229048.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash) when you register.
  • Connected data source credentials: the keys, tokens or service-account details you provide to connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Bing Ads, or your CRM. We use these solely to read reporting data on your behalf.
  • Reporting data: metrics pulled from your connected sources (sessions, spend, leads) to compile your digest.
  • Usage analytics: anonymised or pseudonymised data about how you use OpsPulse, used to improve the service.
  • Billing information: processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card details.

3. How we use your data

  • To set up and run your account and deliver your scheduled digests.
  • To process subscription payments and manage your free trial.
  • To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
  • To maintain and improve our service, including aggregated and anonymised analysis.
  • For security and fraud prevention.

Our lawful bases are contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (improvement and security), and consent (where you specifically opt in, such as analytics).

4. Third-party processors

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the service. They only process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

  • Stripe — handles subscription billing and card payments.
  • Google APIs (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads) — we read reporting data using credentials you provide.
  • Microsoft / Bing Ads APIs — we read advertising reporting data.
  • Our hosting and email providers — store and serve your account and send your digests.

We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Connected credentials are deleted when you disconnect a source. After account closure, we retain data only as long as needed for legal, tax, or security obligations, then delete it.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Export — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Restriction or objection — limit or stop certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@opspulse.store. We respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. International transfers

Some processors (e.g. Google, Microsoft) may process data outside the UK. We only transfer data where appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, restrict access on a least-privilege basis, and never sell or share your data for advertising. Connected data-source credentials are used only to read reporting data — we cannot make changes to your ad accounts.

9. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication and (where enabled) analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to manage preferences.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will indicate the date above. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
